LAKE CHARLES, La. — New York City-based and celebrity favorite Ambalo Diamonds & Fine Jewelry opens its third location in the retail shopping promenade at the new L’Auberge du Lac Hotel & Casino in Lake Charles, La. Owned and operated by Tony Ambalo for more than 25 years, the boutique carries a distinct line of high quality diamonds and colored gemstones, pearls, platinum, and 14-and 18-karat gold jewelry.

Ambalo’s diamond gallery compliments the collection of fine retail establishments along the promenade, including The Floral Shop, showcasing regional and traditional flowers and foliage; L’Sundries, a shop featuring logo merchandise, basic toiletry items and refreshments; Modele, a fashionable boutique highlighting the finest ladies and men’s apparel and accessories; and Nouveau, a seasonal store featuring everything from swimwear and flip-flops to Mardi Gras and holiday gift items.

“We wanted to create something extra special for our Texas Hill Country admirers, something that can only be found at our L’Auberge store,” added Ambalo. “So, we’ve designed an array of star jewelry made with five kite-shaped diamonds in the shape of a star.”
